Naomika is the granddaughter of the legendary actor Rajesh Khanna and actress Dimple Kapadia. She is the cousin of Aarav Bhatia and the daughter of former actress Rinke Khanna (Twinkle Khanna's younger sister) and businessman Sameer Saran.

Naomika is quite popular on social media, with over 97,000 followers on Instagram. Among her followers are star kids like Ananya Panday, Navya Naveli Nanda, and Orhan Awatramani (also known as Orry). She currently studies at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
