IndiGo Airlines has replied after a video of a passenger arguing with their staff about a broken bag became popular on social media. The passenger, Shravan Singh Rajpurohit, shared a short video of the event, which many people watched. In the 33-second video, an IndiGo staff member is seen telling Rajpurohit, "You can't take my video," while he tries to record. The staff then walks away and sits down. Rajpurohit then shows his bag and says, "What will I do with this bag now? IndiGo has broken my

bag." Rajpurohit wrote in his post that all his bags were damaged during his IndiGo flight from Delhi to Bengaluru. His video quickly spread, and many people shared their own bad experiences with the airline. After the video got attention, IndiGo answered and said sorry to Rajpurohit. They also gave him a voucher to make up for the trouble. IndiGo wrote: "Sir, we are very sorry for what happened during your trip. Sometimes, bags get small damage while loading and unloading, but we understand this can be upsetting. To win back your trust, we have given you a voucher, and details have been sent to your email. We hope to see you again for a better experience." Many other

people also complained about IndiGo. One person wrote: "This happens a lot with IndiGo. I had the same problem in Mumbai, and the staff was rude." Another person said: "IndiGo staff is always rude. They don’t treat passengers properly." This is not the first time IndiGo has been in the news for bad service. Earlier this month, another passenger on a Bengaluru-Delhi flight shared a bad experience and even said he might take legal action against the airline.
