7-Foot Tall 'Muscular Baba' from Russia Steals Spotlight at Maha Kumbh

The ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, is attracting millions of people from all around the world. This massive spiritual gathering has brought together pilgrims and sadhus (saints) from both India and foreign countries. They have all come to the banks of the Sangam, the sacred meeting point of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. Among the many saints at this year’s gathering, one in particular has caught everyone's attention – Atma Prem Giri Maharaj, who has become famous for his remarkable physique and earned the nickname "Muscular Baba."

Standing at an incredible seven feet tall, wearing saffron robes and a 'rudraksha mala' around his neck, his appearance has sparked a lot of curiosity. Some people even call him the modern-day incarnation of Lord Parshuram, a powerful figure from Hindu mythology. Lord Parshuram is known for his strength and warrior-like qualities and is said to be an avatar of Lord Vishnu.

Atma Prem Giri Maharaj is originally from Russia. He has spent the last 30 years of his life following and promoting Hinduism after embracing Sanatan Dharma. Before dedicating himself to spiritual work, he was a teacher. However, he chose to leave his career behind and fully commit to his spiritual journey. Now, he lives in Nepal, where he continues his mission to spread Hinduism. He is also a member of the Juna Akhara, one of the most well-known Hindu monastic groups.

A photo of the 7-foot "Muscular Baba" was recently shared on Instagram, showing off his impressive physique. The post quickly gained attention, with many users commenting "Har Har Mahadev," a popular chant in Hinduism.

In addition to Atma Prem Giri, another figure gaining attention at the Maha Kumbh is Abhey Singh, a former aerospace engineer. He is now widely known as "IIT Baba." Originally from Haryana, Mr. Singh gave up his successful career to follow a spiritual path. His decision to leave behind science and focus on spirituality has made him a prominent figure at the event.

Also making waves at the gathering is Mahant Rajpuri Ji Maharaj, who is called the "Kabootar Wale Baba" (Pigeon Saint). For nearly ten years, Mahant Rajpuri has had a special bond with a pigeon named Hari Puri, who peacefully sits on his head. The pigeon symbolizes the saint's deep philosophy of kindness and harmony toward all living creatures.

The Maha Kumbh Mela continues to draw visitors and curiosity from around the world, with people like Atma Prem Giri Maharaj, Abhey Singh, and Mahant Rajpuri Ji Maharaj adding to the spiritual richness of the event.
