Dubai South has expanded its fast-growing logistics ecosystem with the opening of a major new e-commerce facility by INDU Kishore Logistics at the Logistics District. The launch marks another significant step in strengthening Dubai’s position as a regional hub for high-speed, technology-driven cargo operations.
Spread across nearly 23,000 square metres, the facility is built to handle large-scale e-commerce volumes with a storage capacity of 75,000 pallets and an impressive 22-metre height. The warehouse integrates data-driven automation to speed up processing, improve accuracy and support businesses that rely on rapid fulfilment cycles.
The site sits within one of the most strategically connected areas of Dubai South, offering companies direct links to Al Maktoum International Airport and uninterrupted access to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded corridor. The district also includes EZDubai, a specialised e-commerce free zone, along with multiple operational zones tailored for contract logistics and global cargo flows.
With its latest addition, Dubai South continues to attract investors seeking advanced infrastructure, seamless connectivity and room for rapid expansion—further solidifying the area’s reputation as a preferred destination for logistics innovation.
