Abu Dhabi, UAE, November 2025 – Peekapak, the award-winning edtech and wellbeing platform, has launched its UAE Wellbeing Surveys, a comprehensive and research-backed toolset designed to help schools measure, monitor, and enhance student and teacher wellbeing.
Aligned with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) Wellbeing Policy, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) Wellbeing Framework, and the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) Wellbeing Improvement Framework, these surveys support the UAE’s commitment to fostering positive, high-performing learning environments under UAE Vision 2031 and the National Wellbeing Strategy.
Validated across 20 UAE schools representing more than 2,000 students and educators, the surveys deliver actionable, data-driven insights into wellbeing. School leaders can track wellbeing indicators, monitor school climate, and guide targeted improvement initiatives. Following this successful validation, Peekapak has already been adopted by 50% of Abu Dhabi charter schools and is used by prestigious institutions such as Cranleigh Abu Dhabi.
“Our surveys being adopted by schools in the UAE marks a major milestone,” said Ami Shah, CEO and Co-Founder of Peekapak. “We provide schools with data-driven insights that enable reflection, action, and meaningful improvements in student and teacher wellbeing. Our goal is to make wellbeing measurable, actionable, and central to every school leader’s strategy, turning it from an initiative into a way of life.”
Peekapak’s pilot in ADEK charter schools during the 2023-2024 academic year showed significant improvements in school climate and student outcomes. Within months of implementation, students reported a 29% improvement in stress management and a 32% improvement in time management and prioritization. Teachers observed fewer conflicts, enhanced collaboration, and students demonstrating greater emotional awareness, empathy, and reflective behavior, creating calmer, more supportive learning environments.
Through partnerships such as the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation’s Takween Al Ghurair program, Peekapak has expanded its reach in the UAE from 1,300 to nearly 7,000 students. The platform also benefits from its participation in Techstars’ Anjal Z Founder Catalyst program and support from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF), strengthening its ability to serve schools nationwide.
Peekapak’s innovation in wellbeing education has been recognized globally, earning accolades as a GESS Awards Finalist for “Best Product to Promote Wellbeing,” as well as nominations for the QS Reimagine Education Nurturing Wellbeing & Purpose Award and the Mentl Awards 2025 for “Innovation in Education.”
Operating in the UAE, US, and Canada, Peekapak provides programs for elementary, middle, and high schools, alongside professional development for educators, counselors, and administrators. Its platform is designed to enhance wellbeing, foster growth, resilience, and achievement, and empower schools to create thriving learning environments.
