UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a delegation from the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center and Yas Clinic – Khalifa City, along with donors and patients who have benefited from advanced stem cell-based therapies.
The meeting was held at Qasr Al Bateen in Abu Dhabi. During the gathering, the President exchanged Ramadan greetings and expressed his wishes for blessings during the holy month.
Sheikh Mohamed praised the efforts of doctors, researchers, and medical teams at both institutions. He also commended donors for their humanitarian spirit and their support for advanced medical research aimed at developing new treatments that benefit people worldwide.
He emphasized that healthcare remains a national priority for the UAE because it is directly linked to the wellbeing of society. The President said that investing in healthcare is an investment in the future, highlighting the importance of innovative treatments that restore hope to patients and improve their quality of life.
The delegation thanked Sheikh Mohamed for his continuous support for the healthcare sector, scientific research, and medical innovation. They noted that his leadership has helped strengthen the UAE’s position as a global hub for advanced healthcare services.
