Abu Dhabi, UAE – 24 December 2025: The UAE National Orchestra is ready to welcome music lovers with its first-ever full concert series called “The Beginning”. This series will introduce the orchestra’s full ensemble of 70 musicians and 30 choir members performing live for audiences across the UAE.
The series will start on 15 January 2026 at Emirates Palace Auditorium in Abu Dhabi and will continue across the Emirates in Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah throughout January. Each performance will bring the orchestra closer to communities and give everyone a chance to enjoy world-class music.
Special Musical Highlights:

The Beginning, an Emirati Symphony by Nadim Tarabay, celebrates the UAE’s rich musical heritage.

The concerts will combine Arabic and Western music traditions.

Guest artists include Iraqi oud master Naseer Shamma and Turkish qanun player Aytaç Doğan, appearing in selected performances in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Audience members will enjoy unique pieces like Ishraq and Journey of Souls for oud and qanun, as well as Polovtsian Dances arranged in an oriental orchestral style.
