A delegation representing the Shura Council’s Saudi-Indian Parliamentary Friendship Committee, led by Major General Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, visited the Indian Parliament in New Delhi as part of an official trip to the Republic of India. The group convened with Kirti Vardhan Singh, India's Minister of State for External Affairs, to explore avenues for reinforcing parliamentary collaboration between Saudi Arabia and India. The discussions centered on experience exchange, dialogue enhancement, and identifying legislative and policy collaboration opportunities. The session underscored the dedication of both nations to deepen diplomatic and parliamentary engagement for the benefit of their citizens.
