The picturesque AlUla Governorate is ready to welcome the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee Endurance Cup this Saturday at AlFursan Equestrian Village. Approximately 200 riders, both male and female, from 12 nations are set to compete.
This prestigious event is being organized through a collaboration between the Royal Commission for AlUla and the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation. The competition features a major 120-kilometer race (CEI2*) spread across four stages, alongside a 100-kilometer international race (CEI1*) and two local races of 40 and 80 kilometers.
On Friday, all participating horses will undergo veterinary inspections, coupled with a briefing for riders to discuss race protocols and instructions. The thrilling competitions will officially commence at dawn on Saturday.
Endurance races in the stunning AlUla region are celebrated globally, praised for their exceptional organization, scenic beauty, and rich tradition in equestrian sports.
