Dubai Holding has acquired a 22.27 per cent equity stake in Emaar Properties from Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), making Dubai Holding the largest shareholder in Emaar with a total stake of 29.73 per cent.
The acquisition marks a major strategic investment by Dubai Holding and highlights its strong confidence in Emaar Properties’ market position, high-quality assets, and long-term growth potential. The deal also reflects confidence in the strength and stability of Dubai’s economy and real estate sector.
The transaction further strengthens the long-standing strategic partnership between Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties. Both companies have collaborated on several joint ventures and partnerships across different sectors over the years.
