GLIDE plans to target $5 billion in warehouse and logistics assets, primarily through greenfield developments, but also via selective portfolio acquisitions and sale-leaseback deals with prominent regional businesses. The platform is expected to attract additional strategic partners within the GCC to strengthen its reach and impact.
The GCC logistics sector is witnessing rapid growth fueled by economic expansion, e-commerce proliferation, and rising manufacturing activity. However, there is a notable shortage of modern, Grade A facilities, creating a gap that GLIDE seeks to fill. These facilities are designed to meet international standards, offering advanced operational efficiency and superior infrastructure.
By bridging this gap, GLIDE aims to support the broader economic diversification goals of GCC nations, providing infrastructure that enables businesses to scale efficiently and meet increasing consumer demand.
With dedicated teams across the region, GLIDE is poised to become a pan-GCC logistics leader, leveraging global experience and local insights to accelerate development and investment in the sector.
