Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, held a high-level meeting with Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during the Crown Prince’s official visit to China, reaffirming the strength of bilateral relations between the two nations.
During the meeting, President Xi warmly welcomed the Crown Prince and praised the steady growth of ties between China and United Arab Emirates across multiple sectors. He highlighted the importance of continued cooperation to further enhance their comprehensive strategic partnership.
The Crown Prince conveyed greetings from Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, along with best wishes for China’s continued development and prosperity. In response, President Xi extended his greetings to the UAE leadership and expressed his hopes for the nation’s sustained progress.
Both sides discussed opportunities to deepen collaboration in key sectors, with a particular focus on expanding economic and investment partnerships. The leaders stressed the need for balanced and sustainable growth that aligns with the shared interests of both countries.
The discussions also addressed regional and global developments, underscoring the importance of strengthening international coordination, promoting stability, and supporting peaceful solutions to conflicts in order to enhance global peace and security.
The meeting was attended by senior UAE officials, including Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Saif Saeed Ghobash, Maryam Eid AlMheiri, and Khaled Mohammed Jadid Al-Shehhi.
