Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed the United Arab Emirates on Friday after completing his official visit to the country.
UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan personally bid farewell to the Indian Prime Minister before his departure, highlighting the strong ties between India and the UAE.
As a mark of respect and honour, a formation of UAE military aircraft escorted Prime Minister Modi’s plane during its departure from the UAE. The squadron leader also requested permission to accompany the aircraft until it exited UAE airspace.
The visit reflected the close diplomatic and strategic partnership between India and the UAE, with both countries continuing to strengthen cooperation across multiple sectors.
