The Dubai Ports Authority (DPA), operating under the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, has reaffirmed its full readiness to provide integrated maritime services to all vessels arriving at Dubai’s ports and anchorage areas around the clock.
The Authority emphasized that its continuous 24/7 operations are designed to ensure smooth, uninterrupted maritime activities while maintaining high levels of efficiency and service quality. This commitment allows ship operators to access essential services without delays, regardless of timing or operational conditions.
According to DPA, its advanced operational system enables a wide range of maritime services. These include vessel bunkering, supply of provisions and medical support, crew change arrangements, and other essential operational requirements. All services are delivered through streamlined processes aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and minimizing turnaround time.
Captain Ibrahim Al Blooshi, Executive Director of Dubai Ports Authority, stated that these initiatives reflect the Authority’s ongoing efforts to increase customer awareness regarding the availability and continuity of its services. He highlighted the proactive approach adopted by DPA in engaging with ship owners and operators to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

In addition, DPA offers direct communication channels between customers, relevant entities, and service providers. Its Customer Service Center operates 24/7, ensuring quick response times and efficient handling of all service requests.
