Dubai has launched the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The annual forum brings together 1,000 leaders from government and private sectors to discuss the future of leadership, innovation, and management. The aim is to realise Sheikh Mohammed’s vision of making Dubai the world’s best city.
Organised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), the forum focuses on building strong leadership skills, exchanging expertise, and preparing a new generation of leaders. Sessions include workshops, panel discussions, and roundtables on key areas such as economy, education, healthcare, technology, and culture.
The event also features partnerships with leading global universities to share knowledge and document Dubai’s success stories in governance and development.
Officials highlighted that the forum embodies Sheikh Mohammed’s philosophy of leadership — one that values foresight, bold decisions, and turning challenges into opportunities.
The gathering sets a clear path for sustainable leadership and innovation, ensuring Dubai remains at the forefront of global progress.
