Slated to be operational between late 2027 and early 2028, the second line will integrate advanced automation, energy-efficient systems, and next-generation process controls. The project is being delivered in partnership with Germany’s HORN Glass Industries, a globally recognized provider of glass melting technology. Local UAE contractors and international project management teams will ensure strict adherence to high standards in construction, installation, and operational readiness.
With this expansion, Emirates Float Glass is poised to reinforce the UAE’s reputation as a hub for advanced manufacturing. The additional production capacity will enable the company to tap into regional and international markets, offering premium glass solutions that meet the highest global standards.
