Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Dubai and improve their access to the market.
The partnership aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global hub for entrepreneurship and the digital economy by helping SMEs expand their customer base and improve business performance through technology-driven solutions.
Under the agreement, Dubai Chambers’ member companies will receive several benefits on the Keeta platform. These include special commercial incentives, faster onboarding, improved visibility within the app, and professional training programmes. The training will focus on menu optimisation, pricing strategies, and delivery service excellence to help businesses improve customer experience and achieve sustainable growth.
As part of the initiative, a dedicated “Dubai Chambers SME” badge will also be introduced on the Keeta platform. The badge will help participating businesses gain stronger brand recognition and allow customers to easily discover local and homegrown brands.
Khalid AlJarwan said Dubai Chambers remains committed to supporting SMEs by providing the right tools and opportunities needed to grow in a rapidly changing business environment. He added that the collaboration with Keeta will help entrepreneurs expand their market presence, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate business growth in Dubai’s diversified economy.
Lucas Xie stated that technology can play an important role in helping entrepreneurs adapt and grow. He noted that SMEs are a key contributor to Dubai’s economy and said the partnership will help connect homegrown businesses with greater exposure, operational support, and scalable growth opportunities.
The collaboration also supports Dubai’s wider vision of promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and a future-ready digital economy while highlighting the important role SMEs play in driving economic growth and community development.
