Goodwood, West Sussex – Friday,10 January 2026
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars marks 2025 as a transformative year for its Bespoke division, reaching unprecedented creative, technical, and cultural heights. The year reflected a deeper alignment between clients’ personal passions and Rolls-Royce craftsmanship, resulting in commissions that explored legacy, symbolism, contemporary collectables, and artistic innovation.
This momentum was driven by the continued success of Rolls-Royce Private Offices worldwide. With creative hubs operating in Goodwood, Dubai, Seoul, Shanghai, and New York, the number of Private Office commissions more than doubled year-on-year, highlighting a growing appetite for highly personalised, boundary-pushing motor cars.
Throughout 2025, Rolls-Royce introduced groundbreaking materials and techniques, including three-dimensional ink layering, sculptural marquetry and embroidery, 24-carat gold leaf detailing, polished concrete, and a fully hand-painted Starlight Headliner. These innovations expanded the marque’s creative vocabulary while reinforcing its commitment to craftsmanship without compromise.
At the pinnacle of this creative evolution stands the Phantom Centenary Private Collection, the most complex and ambitious Bespoke Private Collection ever produced. Developed over three years and more than 40,000 hours of collective craftsmanship, the strictly limited 25-car series honours a century of the Phantom nameplate. From its Super Champagne Crystal exterior finish to its solid gold Spirit of Ecstasy and intricately detailed interior featuring over 440,000 stitches, the collection represents a defining moment in Rolls-Royce history.
Across the broader Bespoke portfolio, distinctive themes emerged. Many commissions celebrated family, memory, and legacy, translating deeply personal stories into refined automotive expressions. Others drew inspiration from nature, place, and the elements, while a growing number explored art, culture, and contemporary collectables, including digital gaming, couture craftsmanship, and historical artistic techniques.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan remained the most requested model globally in 2025, followed closely by the fully electric Spectre, reflecting clients’ desire for both commanding presence and progressive luxury. Beyond motor cars, Bespoke creativity extended into luxury lifestyle objects, with commissions for home and office accessories rising significantly year-on-year.
To support this expanding demand, Rolls-Royce is investing over £300 million in a major site extension at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood. The expansion will provide advanced facilities for Bespoke and Coachbuild commissions, enabling even greater levels of complexity and innovation in the years ahead.
The Middle East & Africa region played a pivotal role in 2025, marking key milestones including Phantom’s centenary celebrations across Doha, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. The region also hosted the Middle East debut of Black Badge Spectre and saw continued investment in the retail network, with new dealerships announced in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt.
Reflecting on the year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars reaffirmed its position as a true House of Luxury, where every Bespoke commission becomes a singular expression of its owner’s vision. Together, these achievements underscore a future defined by creativity, cultural fluency, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection.
