PhysicsWallah’s impressive rise under Pandey’s leadership has been equally dramatic. The company slashed its net losses to ₹243 crore in FY25, down from ₹1,131 crore the previous year. Adding to the momentum, PhysicsWallah has filed updated documents with SEBI for a much-anticipated ₹3,820 crore initial public offering (IPO). The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹3,100 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) worth ₹720 crore, with Pandey and co-founder Prateek Maheshwari set to offload shares worth ₹360 crore.
Prominent financial institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Capital, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, JP Morgan India, and Axis Capital have been appointed to manage the public offering, signaling strong investor interest.
