Abu Dhabi, 13 November 2025: Tabadulat, the Shariah-compliant brokerage platform registered with Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and holding In-Principle Approval from ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), has officially become a member of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). This prestigious membership positions Tabadulat among a globally recognised body responsible for setting standards in Islamic finance.
The inclusion in AAOIFI underscores Tabadulat’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of Shariah compliance, robust governance, and operational transparency, while broadening its suite of ethical investment offerings for Muslim investors worldwide.
Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Bahrain, AAOIFI is a leading non-profit international organisation that develops standards in Shariah, accounting, auditing, governance, and ethics for Islamic financial institutions and transactions. Often hailed as the “Gold Standard” of Islamic finance, AAOIFI’s mission is to harmonise global practices, ensuring they are aligned with Shariah principles and international best practices.
