Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and Managing Director and Group CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), continued his field visits to operational sites by visiting the Shah Sour Gas Plant.

During the visit, he met frontline teams and reviewed the plant’s operational readiness and discipline at this key facility. He also conveyed greetings from the UAE leadership and praised employees for their dedication, courage, and strong commitment to safety and performance.

Dr Al Jaber highlighted ADNOC’s focus on protecting its workforce, stressing that safety remains the company’s top priority. He also reviewed systems developed through long-term investments in infrastructure, advanced technologies, and operational capabilities, noting that ADNOC’s strong performance reflects a clear strategic vision and integrated work approach.

He listened to staff experiences on the ground and discussed lessons learned, along with ideas to further strengthen the company’s resilience and preparedness for future challenges.

Dr Al Jaber also commended the teams for their professionalism and unity, especially in response to recent attacks on ADNOC’s civilian energy infrastructure in areas such as Fujairah, Ruwais, and Habshan.
