Delhi Teacher Booked for Hitting Class 1 Student, Causing Injury

A shocking case has come from a school in Shri Ram Colony, northeast Delhi. A teacher is accused of beating a Class 1 student, which caused bleeding inside the ear. The police have filed a case against the teacher.

The incident happened on February 17, but the police only came to know about it on February 18 when someone called them. The student was taken to JPC Hospital for a check-up. Doctors found that the child had bleeding inside the ear, but there were no wounds on the outside.

The police spoke to the child’s mother, but she refused to give a statement. She said her husband was not in Delhi and had gone to Bihar. Because of this, the police could not take quick action.

After checking the law, the police found that rules under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Juvenile Justice Act applied to this case. Now, the police have started legal action against the teacher.

This case has made parents worried about their children’s safety in school. Many people are asking for strict punishment so that such things do not happen again.
